719 Lacrosse

The following are a few simple steps to get you started and competing as a 719Lacrosse Athlete in our events or clinics:

• 1. Send an email to athlete@719lacrosse.com. Include Parent/Guardian name, phone number, event you want to participate in.
• 2. Download the Athlete Participation Form below, fill out and sign and fax to (719)266-5502
  
• 3. Brings these documents to the event and turn into one of our staff..... Thats it, you will be registered.
• You can also mail these to our office 2728 Emerald Ridge Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80920 or email the form to athlete@719lacrosse.com.
